Hello guys, could anybody help me with these questions:

1. Does SANYO MINI SHIKI SAI KAN series aircons use "hot gas defrost" method like SANYO SHIKI SAI KAN or rely on standard "reverse cycle defrost"?
2. Could VRV outdoor units like SANYO SPW-CR904GDXH8 be combined with SANYO SPW-C0905DXHN8 in one VRV system? The indoor units in this system are from "4" series.

Most aircon heat pump units use reverse cycle defrost which equals hot gas defrost in these cases.

Thanx for your answer Brian, but maybe I didn't explain it right - I mean injection of hot gas directly in the outside heat exchanger, without reversing the heating cycle! This method is used by SANYO SHIKI SAI KAN Series.
