Mits. SRK 25 ZC-S Fault

I have a customer with a Mits unit that is faulty. I have visited the customer but found the unit running fine. The usual thing when I am not there is plays up again. Apparently the RUN light flashes twice,Then it may shut down , but not allways. Any ideas? The unit is 5-6 years old and given no prob. before. Any fault codes that I find on the forum don't seem to include this fault. It may be that the customer is miss reading the flashes/lamp readings.

If the timer lamp is on and the run lamp flashes twice - room temp sensor error.
If the run lamp keeps flashing and the timer lamp flashes twice - outdoor heat exchanger liquid pipe sensor error.
If the run lamp flashes twice and timer lamp flashes twice - compressor rotor lock - bad news.
