whenever iam replacing this compressor (TM16)404gas which is company original compr, the compr got siezed, so kindly let me know which is the best compr will suit for this unit.

A TM16, the same as original is best.

tm 16hd is as good as it gets but check oil sep on the carrier they are usually full of debris

TM16XD is better still - extra duty version of the TM16.

Check that the fuse protecting the CPR bypass solenoid has been removed - most common cause of premature compressor failure on the 600s.

To clarify the above Re: CPR solenoid fuse - If it is still in it's holder, take it out, walk ten paces from the truck and throw that fuse as far away from the unit as you can - you won't be needing it anymore.

The CPR bypass won't close by itself - it remains energised continuously, and will destroy compresssors when it goes through defrost. Simplest solution is to throw away the fuse.

throwing things away on a carrier ? they spend years designing these items? sorry did i say years i meant miniutes / your quite right kiwi we have also started fitting mop valves to we have had many units with a standard valve tms are good but they all have limits
