Try http://www.calorex.com/

Its a englisch company wich produce all sort of dehumidifiers especialy for swimmingpools etc.

They are able togive you very specific information on how to select the right capacity'

There are two companies I can think of.
One is Calorex on http://www.calorex.com

The second is a company called
Hayward on http://www.hayward-air.co.uk

Both companies will size your unit for you but they will require info such as the water and air temperatures, pool type, and building construction.
I would suspect that you are going to require as a minimum either a Dantherm CDP125 or a Calorex Delta2 unit.
