VRF maintenance sheets

What do you guys use as a service and maintenance sheet for VRV/VRFs with up to 50 indoor units?

At the minute we use sheets that aren't really relevant to VRF's and we can be filling in upto 20 sheets on a maintenance visit which obviously can take a few hours.

Does anyone have any they could send to me?.

Have a look at this a bit basic but after all it's only air conditioning:D
There's an matching sheet for the outdoor but i cant put my hand on it at the moment.
