Hitachi Ducted RAS-4HG7E

Has anyone got a service manual for a Hitachi RAS-4HG7E ducted outdoor unit 3 phase,,,the lower outdoor fan runs slower than the top fan and i am not sure if it is speed controlled or it's free wheeling.
I did a google search but cannot find the manual.
