Does anyone have any information or data on Taylor Freezer's "Softech Control" board. Interested in schematics, diagnostics, and test procedures for this board.

Model: 700 Series Soft Serves

I do have the Owners Manual with Wiring Diagrams BUT nothing is mentioned on how to test or diagnose this board, nor any schematics.
