Carrier 30GX please help

Hi guys i am new to this forum and looking forward to a lot of Q and A.
I am working on a Carrier 30GX, on the display it shows "override". Only one compressor is running. I had a look in the manual and it says Limit: The operation conditions do not allow total unit operation. Can anyone please tel me what i should be looking for?

Hi thank you for your reply. I had a look at that section, i looked on the chiller setpoint menu 2 (no5) and it is set to 100%. I also looked at inputs menu 2 (no4) and found this contact to be open. On the connection terminal no73 and no74 is not connected.

Is this errant chiller stand alone or is it normally ran via CCN.
Also what version of Prodialog do you have?

Hi it is a stand alone, it only gets a start signal from the bms. I am not sure what vesion prodialog i got.It ran fine for almost 7years now.

If it's that old and stand alone, what I was thinking is redundant.
Maybe some of the older (and Carrier based) guys on the forum may be able to help?
