Dynamic Condenser - Modelica

Hello,

I have to build a refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, valve, evaporator and a PI controller to stabilize the superheat coming from the evap.). I need to make the condenser and the evaporator dynamic. I have solved the problem with the evaporator.

But my problem is the Dynamic Condenser. I need to make it calculate the Pressure knowing the outlet parameters from the compressor. Does anybody know how to find the Temperature of the superheat if we know only the enthalpy and the mass flow coming out of the compressor ?
