Urgent; Where to buy Carrier Unit diagnostic tool?

Hi. I am looking for a diagnostic tool for Carrier Units. I searched the Internet and discovered that DataLINE is the needed tool. I am not sure but I need that tool that connects to the Unit via a cable that looks like the IDE cable inside the PC and the other end is a USB interface. Can someone help me please? Thank you in advance.

Reefer Program Manager is the best and is connected via RS 232 to USB because there is no such programs.
I can send another program to learn and then see he's hard to get.

I'm a newbie in this field. All what I know is that there is a USB tool that can connect the Carrier Unit to the computer and one end looks link the IDE connector in the PC and the other end is a USB. Also there is a software called DataLINK controls it. I need this cable and the software. I don't know from where to buy nor what to buy.
