Faulty LG

Hi
l was working on a floor console LG LVB 2464 BL
and its doesnt really respond to the remote it just has a red light flashing.The outdoor has nothing wrong because the power goes to indoor unit and l was getting nothing to the outdoor.l was thinking to change indoor pcb and reciever?

I'd check all thermistors first. Don't have the codes or manual, but check for any thermistor faults inside and out.

From LV-B2464CL/ B2464HL service-manual:
2. Thermistor cut off or short. Cut off/short: Blinks on and off the operation mode LED. (0.5 sec. on/ 3 sec. off).
Two indoor unit thermistors:
CN-TH1 - Pipe thermistor.
CN-TH2 - Room thermistor.
