Trouble with GEA GSC

Hi all,
I am having a problem with a GSC OP panel based on the Siemens S7-300 and C7-633.
The problem is that once in a while there is a power failure which once in a while results in an error:
Recovered after a power failure (just about).
The error does not show every time, but often enough for the customer wanting to have it fixed.
I have not been able to produce the error.
Does anybody have an idea about what is causing this behavior?

If you can provide UPS power to PLC system.Your problem will be solve.

Are you sure? The PLC will still get noticed about the power failure and might still go into manual mode. Are you sure a UPS will solve the problem?
If the PLC doesn't figure out that there is a powerfailure it will try to power up the compressors, that will also mean trouble, that will mean oil pressure fault.
