Does anybody have a wiring diagram for a chigo krf61 including soft start they can forward me, i have a kfr61 where the soft start has burned out and taken most of the wiring with it, have checked the chigo web site but their diagrams dont show any soft starts?

Tried calling them? I think their number is here http://www.yellowpages.com.au/nsw/guildford/chigo-group-australia-pty-ltd-13088342-listing.htm

I don't touch them anymore, terrible things and stuff all parts available, especially the conventionals with soft start. I have repaired inverters with blown diode bridges before though.

Soft starts probably aren't on the wiring diagram because they are only fitted for australia. We require them by law but other countries don't.
How much do you know about a/cs? Enough to wire everything up how it should be if you disregarded the soft start? If you can do that, then do that, and if you want a soft start chuck on one from hyper engineering.

If all that means nothing to you, then pay for someone to do it, as you shouldn't need a wiring diagram showing a soft start to work it out. If you have a picture of the soft start, maybe it's the same as a Teco or something.

HI
TRY THESE 0 FAILURE!!!!RATE
I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM!:D
http://www.solcon.com/ (http://www.solcon.com/)

WE USE THEM ON SMALL MOTORS AS WELL AS TRANE CVGF 1000TR UNITS !
EASY TO INSTALL ,I PREFER THE RVSDX UNITS THAT HAVE AN INTEGRAL BYPASS CONTACTOR.

We're talking about 13A current draw, single phase, 7kw-8 cooling capacity split systems here. They need soft starters (obviously cheap and small ones) here in australia.
