Try these people.

They are the main distributor in UK:
(020) 8568 6875

They boast a full range of spares and support for this kit but I never saw it when visiting their works. Just new kit to replace anything faulty and the faulty one kept for spares. There's very little backup after you buy, but they might be able to help.

I was called to re-locate 2 outdoor units, one set as master and the other as slave, but there were no balance pipes installed between the outdoor units. I wanted to know if to install them (balance pipes) or not? And what could be the consequence if the balance pipes are not installed?

The balance pipes for both Oil and Refrigerant should be installed.

If they are not installed you will have problems with oil return and
and refrigerant equalization, hence ruining the DC Compressor in particular.
