Carrier 30GH (MODE 16)

Hi I have been looking at a 30gh flotronic 2 and the unit goes into mode 16 (slow changeover mode)
I have checked manual but no real explanation. I am not sure if it is doing this because I have a faulty E.W Temperature probe reading 23c, when actually 11c.
Any explanations greatly recieved.

Thanks for the reply, but that does not really answer the question. I will be changing the sensor, but i would like to know exactly what 'slow change over means'.

Slow change override is in effect. The leaving fluid
temperature is close to and moving towards the
control point.
