There is an on/off switch up on the rear of the micro box. Also make sure that the battery cables have 2 posative wires attached. One large cable and one 14g power for micro.

Ruzgar, although I think it's pretty cool that you have come up with an alternative for oem wiring, I have to say that I do not agree with you posting "wiring for TK and Carrier." This is very misleading for our members that are just learning. They are better served with learning the equiptment they are going to be working on.
Make no mistake members, there is no wiring diagram common to the two manufacturers.
YOU WILL NEVER SEE UNITS WIRED THIS WAY!!!
Maybe you could make it more clear in your posts that you are offering only an alternative to OEM?
