Freezer part of fridge has stopped working

Hi, I have a samsung american style double door fridge/freezer, and the freezeer section of it has stopped working. Normally when you open the freezer door, you can see all the cold air coming out, there is none of this now, looks like the cooler has stopped working or the fan. Can anyone help me with this please? how can this be repaired?
