Goodmorning guys,

I am facing a problem and maybe I could get some help from you.

We have built a glass door freezer unit, and despite the presence of heaters on the door frame and on the double glass, we have a big problem with fog on the glass.

When the door closes it needs 3-4 minutes to clear and not completely!

I have heard of various anti-fog films but I cant find anything. Any other ideas?

Thanx

Good morning.
The freezer is in a too warm and humid ambient air. If you measure the temperature and the relative humidity of the air, you would know to what temp should the outside glass of the freezer be heated up to avoid fog on it ( now it is low - below the current dew point).

try air deflectors to carry the air away from the glass
