With one of Xarios 500 I have power to wire CTLH road com cluth always when turn on cab comand without delay.I think that MP is problem some transistor inside is stay closed.Does is possible to fix problem with MP or only change MP?

Checking out whether you have a good compressor clutch coil, should be 4 ohms for 12V and 8 ohm for 24V
Check if the cable comes into the compressor voltage
