I'm writing a college paper on refrigeration engineering and I need to get information on how cases are designed, who designs them, and how they determine what to add or not to add to the case. Any other information is very much appreciated.

By case I mean the structure that holds the product being refrigerated. Such as Hussman Glass Door Cases or Tyler Dairy Cases..etc. Thanks a bunch.
