hi my maytag fridge+frezeer side by side model GS2928EEDW/11. I will appreciate any help or advise on this problem.Thanking all in advance. i am not an engineer.
1.The problem is on the freezer side it seems to work ok but am finding ice patches under neath the last storage tray (bottom tray). I am assuming (may be am wrong) this is coming from inside the frezeer from the back freezer wall which has a grill.
2. before writing this i turned the setting switch down that is from mid temp to down and as as expected the freezer swithed off and when i turned the switch to high temp the freezer is quiet its not kicking in.
am not sure what is happening!!
