What is the design wet bulb temperature in this area?

I worked in Dammam for years. All of the plants I worked on were ammonia systems with evap. condensers. We had no problem designing for 40 degrees condensing & no problem maintaining 35 to 38 degrees saturated condensing temperature in practice. Summer temperatures can reach 50 for almost a month so air cooled condensing should be designed for at least 60.
