why after i repalce the outdoor unit fan motor,the error code e3 come out and the unit faulthy agian?....

E3 is high pressure alarm. I asume u changed the fan because it was faulty and causing the alarm. U sure it's not just a faulty pressure switch? Dies the unit start and run? Does your new fan run?

new fan run in slow speed.than stop soonly..at last the high pressure come out

What is the head pressure? Is the coli clean? Good airflow?

Have you checked the discharge transducer? If you ask Daikin for a manual you can check the transducer input on a graph. If not measure the voltage between the black and white cables and post what you find, obviously check with gauges what actual pressure is.
