I need your help

in the work place theres a produce case hussman multiple decks (2) 8 fts lengh 2 fans 1 for evaporator coil,the equipment is charged with the right charged but i cant get a low temp just 44 degrees (f) not less, so i dont know, if its that termostatic expansion valve is bad or some other problem, i hope your help thanks.

Theicehunter, can you be sure the evaporator coil is completely free of ice? Gas type/pressure etc required.. mike.:)

I presume the sight glass is full. After checking the evap coils for no ice,
Check the super heat at each coil,
Check thermostat setting,
Check LP cut-out setting.
