Panasonic Air Con

Hi

Can anyone help please.

We have 2 new Panasonic Air Conditioners, Model CS-RE12JKE-1 (indoor) and CU-RE12JKE-1 (outdoor)which work well for cooling, but do not give out any heat. On checking, it showed that both units had an "error code OOH". What can I do to fix?

Iam not sure of the fault code , but the question is have you cleaned the filters ? have you got the mode on heating? all the best in cold spain , sedgy

Dear John,

if the timer lamp blinks you can read the error code from the RC
but there is not OOH code
codes are F99,H11,H16,F91 and more

They're new a/cs. Warranty? Who installed them?
