Fujitsu Spares?

Can anyone tell me where i might be able to get hold of a fujitsu remote controller model number: AR-RAC2E. Have searched everywhere online and come up with nothing. As the universal remotes i have tried don't work with it i think i'll need this specific control unless anyone knows what evaporator model numbers correspond to this remote as there are some fujitsu specific universal remotes but i don't want to buy one not knowing the model number of the evaporator.

Any help will be much appreciated.
