Can anyone please tell me what the problem is with a TK SBIII SR+ that has a code 40 and how to fix it? I realize it's a high speed circuit but I'm hoping it's not complicated and going to cost me an arm and a leg!!:cool:

have you tried the soleniod is not stuck in or out and is fuse 9 ok on relay board

Thanks for the tip, Clivemtk. It was the rod in the solenoid had come loose. :D

Mechanics wire does wonders on most high speed alarms! :cool:

Check refrigerant level and coil sensor.

Thank you for the reply but when I inserted a new indicator panel, no problem, but the problem would go var.Neyseki a problem with this device. Do you have someone with experience, he became a member of the form. Thank you very much.

re: A14..if not the coil sensor, try checking the damper might not closing during defrost...
