liebert hiross problems

I have a liebert hiross unit with a Hiromatic controler. The warning is showing ( system locked out ) and the bottom right hand service bar is showing that it is due for a service , therefore the unit is not running. I have tried to reset the service date but am unable to, I am using the 221 password is there any higher.

Ross, what did you find wrong with this unit? It wouldn't be locked out because it needed a service.
