Chiller 30HXC

Dear sir,

I have a customer the use chiller 30HXC, but near by have alarm compressor star delta. could you help me to fix it. I know that maybe the start timer have some problem or timer delay on board not right, and I also check the motor insulation, voltage supply every thing ok.

Hi are you sure it is star delta ?
i have seen all kinds of starting methodes on these units.
if it is a star delta you can dissconnect motor cables as said in one of the above threads and dry run it to see where the problem is.motor or starter,good luck

Hi Tuan Nguyen,

Chiller 30HXC uses soft starter for starter, it's easier to know your problem if you can tell me what is the alarm number?
