They're usually run in the HRP depots by Roger Smith of Mits heavy industies. If you check one close to you they will have a course date, or will tell you where the next one is held. Sometimes they're free too.

do you mean mitsi electric if so i recently attended a course at their trafford park branch, there courses are very much running.
