Stal vertical screw compressor

Hi,
We have vertical screw compressor of model STAL MINI MK2 , we did not use the compressor for last 18 years, we want to run the compressor with R22.
When we started today it was taking 430 amps instead of 230 amps.Is it safe to run the compressor, with out damaging the motor and screws.

Also suggest us who can provide us the spare patrs for above model compressor.

Not a single time run.
After running for 1 minute it is takimg normal amps.

Coul dyou please tell me what preventive maintenance programme I have to follow for this STAL vertical screw compressor.
What type of break down problems I can anticipate on regular running of this compressor.

Apart from oil filter changes approx, every Year dependant upon hours run.
They are very very reliable.
Provided it is not being ran outside it's design parameters.
But you need a maintenance person to look after it.
(Monitor Oil Diff Pressure.)
I don't think Company Director qualifies, unless your business is refrigeration of course.
