E00 on a York Air cooled Chiller

hello everyone,


any one familiar with york air cooled chillers working on refrigerant r407c

Model Number of Chiller is:YCLC 302 ELN P/C

Does Anyone know what E00 Means

We have 4 of these units consisting of 2 circuits per unit feeding a massive evaporator coil in an AHU.

None of the units will operate when the set temp is down and the condensors on the control panel are asked to run?

E00 is remote off.
Your BMS or whatever remote control you have is overiding your local control.

hi grizzy thanks u

i took the panels off the unit before being called somewhere else and noticed a 2 core sy cable was disconnected it looked to be going back to the main control panel inside the building. i thought this could be holding the units off so possibly this could be holding the units off.
