cooling load calc. cold store design software

Dear All
I want 2 buy a software that can offer me cooling load calculations for all types of buildings ( residential & commertial,cold stores, ...) & make cold store design. so advice me with the most reliable, easiest to ues, I prefer to use SI units as all my past studies & work using SI units.
