Fcu cannot work

Today i attend one complaint, if the FCU daikin model
FT50BSG not work. i check the main power is ok, the power go to power pcb board also got power, but the power led don't have power i try to on fcu cannot. i check the voltage its ok, the control pcb board look good, no burn mark nothing, if anybody know about it

Check the fuses and transformer.

So you have low voltage at the PCB and no voltage on the 240V supply. Go to the Power Board on the floor (where all the other FCUs are feed from and check it's turned on - it should be labeled. Where did you check the main power? at the Board or a switch?
