Hello i have a problem with a fujitsu AUY25RLD and am looking for a service manual to try and diagnose the fault for info the remote does not power up which would sugest a fault with the power supply to the remote screen if i put 12volts onto the remote it powers up the screen:off topic:

1.have you got a voltage on the remote cable.
2.have you got a voltage on the indoor pcb supply

Power to the a/c? could be c/b tripped, isolator faulty.
Check mains to outdoor, and then output from outdoor to indoor.
Check power gets to the indoor.
check output from indoor to remote output
check at remote input.

Off the top of my head, if power to indoor normal, but no signal to remote, maybe fuse blown on idoor PCB due to faulty indoor fan motor, hence no power to controller. That's the most common fault that happens, (not common, but the usual cause when the indoor unit is dead)

hello I have 240 volt ac on the input terminal 1 netral is obviously terminal 2 and on terminal 3 i have between 28 and 30 volts ac the remote screen has 1 volt dc on it i know this should be 12 volt but the transforer that supplies this has the same 28-30volt seen on terminal 3 suppling it and is only giving out prior to the rectifiers 2 volts This unit has been out of commission for a couple of years and we have just fitted a new compressor the system has been recharged i suspect a problem with the pcb but does anybody know what voltage should be on terminal 3 from the outdoor unit.
