Bitzer compressor unloader

Hi everyone!

I got some problem with the Bitzer unloader. After we install and activate the unloader the hi & low side balances the pressure. How are we going to address this problem. The supplier supplied only the cylinder head and the valves without changing the valve plate cover.

Hi mate it could be several reasons , you might have start unloader instead of capacity control unloader, on the head it self it should say SU or CR. the valve plate does,nt need to be changed. or if you have a start unloader the valve piston in the head might be stuck open (at the top),to check take of the solnoid valve and see the piston goes up and down.
