Ammonia Chiller Coil Codes and Standards

I am writing an RFQ document for the fabrication of a replacement coil for an old Rigibilt ammonia chiller unit. What codes or standards should I reference. I am familiar with and API 661 Standard for Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for Refineries. But the drawings I have of the existing unit do not lend themselves to this standard.

Not aware of any Codes or Standars you may need to adress, but to get good responses from other experts you need to give some more info such as;
