Aga Freezer Temperature Issues HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi I have an Aga freezer which is not holding temperature (-4 instead on -18). I understand that there is a retro fit available which is to add a heater mat to the rear underside of the chiller, where the defrost water is supposed to run out to the rear tray - to prevent it freezing.

Does any one know where I can order this from or if anyone is able to sort the problem - we are based near Gatwick is Sussex (RH17 7LX).

Edward, I'm a little confused as to why you think the additional mat might improve overall performance-prehaps you might explain your thoughts?
At the risk of stating the obvious have you tried manually defrosting the freezer and then restarting?It would help with on-going advice.
