Good evening gents.
I have a site that has developed an 'E9' fault on a multi system.
Master unit: REMQ12P8Y1B
Slave unit: REMQ10P8Y1B.
My engineer has checked over the system and has located the fault to the subcooler expansion valve on the 'master' unit.
In the meantime he has set up emergency mode '38' to enable the slave unit to operate, but the system still keeps faulting. The command for this setting has been accepted but upon attempting to switch on the system via the ITC the system still registers the fault code 'E9' and the system will not operate.
Anybody came across this before?
Regards
