keeps coming up alarm code 35. checked fuel pump,solenoid. checked relay board and micro. basically replaced these items. Starter is good also. even checked for corrosion at battery and at on off switch. any answers. note relay board is new style.

have you checked all the fuses ,i think its the 40 amp fuse.

yes all fuses good. put new mico and relay board in..checked 7 k circuit working. checked all harness wires to....unit turns on the code 35....fuel pump and solenoid work...no short in 8 circuit

Have you checked OC8 wire from the micro?

Check alternator as well as on off switch

hi ,code 35 on truck S/R also means that the High/low pressure cutout is open circuit ON START UP ,check the refrigerant charge,could also be the compressor high temp switch

we are having a run on code 35, we have found it to be intermittant operation of thE K9 relay. go into relay board test , select fuel pump. lock on. try tapping the K9 relay, we arefinding large numbers were the relay drops out ,the led goes off. tap it again and it comes back on the fuel pump starts running.igt generates a code 35. R/R board and theproblem is fixed..

have you checked all the fuses ,i think its the 40 amp fuse.
Alarm Code 35 - Check Run Relay Circuit
35 Run Relay Circuit. Indicates that
the Run Relay did not function
properly. The Run Relay, LED and
fuse are located on the Interface
Board. The wiring is located in the
Interconnect Harness via the OC8
wire. This is either a check or
shutdown alarm.
NOTE: Alarm Code 35 is not
active during Electric Mode
operation.
ALL UNITS
1. With original and revision 1 interface boards check fuse
F305. With revision 2 boards check fuse F4.
2. Check to be sure the K7 On/Run Relay LED is "on" (8
circuit).
3. Check pin 29 on the 37 pin Amp connector at the
microprocessor (OC8 wire) for a pushed pin or loose pin
crimp or broken wire.
4. Check to be sure the High Pressure Cutout switch is closed
(8H circuit).
5. Check fuse F401 on the Interface Board.
6. Check to be sure the K9 Fuel On Relay LED is "on".
7. Check operation of the K9 Fuel On Relay using Interface
Board Test Mode as shown in Service Procedure A44A
8. Check pin 37 on the 37 pin Amp connector at the
microprocessor (OC5 wire) for a pushed pin or loose pin
crimp or broken wire.
9. Check pin 18 on the 37 pin Amp connector at the
microprocessor (80 wire) for a pushed pin or loose pin
crimp or broken wire.
