Hey guys I am by far not a expert on this as I have never worked on a ice machine. Just trying to get a little info before I jump in. A friend of mine has a Scotsman AFE400 that is acting up. I have to yet put any guages on it or anything as far as checking refrigerant. Let me explain what it is doing. It will start up and make ice like it suppose to but then the Auger starts to cycle on and off. I am thinking just by looking a the tech manual it may have to do with the auger pressure switch that is connected to the low side line. Possible that refrigerant in low causing it to cycle. Anyone seen this before or have any ideas what to check or look for. Unit is a lil over 2 years old and personal home use. Thanks
