Mayoki in Cyprus

Hi. I have a mayoki air conditioner here in Cyprus, which is displaying E6 on the panel. I have searched the manual but there are no error messages listed. Does anyone know what this means - and what I have to do?

Is the mayoki a chinese made split system?
I have seen E6 on a chinese 3 phase cassette which lost one phase.

It has an indoors bit and an outdoors bit. It also heats the room in winter, if this helps - as you can tell my ignorance is total! Is it fixable, do you know?

Can you get the model numbers off the indoors bit and the outdoors bit?
and place of manufacture might help.

It says model number TAH-9000 on both bits. I suppose that at least means the bits match! I have no idea where it was manufactured, it doesn't say anywhere.
