York Mini Split Problem

I have a 18000 btu new bought and installed system. The unit was installed on and tested on Tuesday. Everything was working fine. I went back to put on the unit yesterday and now when i turn on the main switch for the unit, the unit comes on automatically, (no lights on the unit come on), it blows hot air and does not respond to anything from the infrared remote. Do you think i have a bad unit? Or maybe this may be power problems?

Get the installing company back to check it. It should still be under warrenty.

Yes I do agree with this. You should check it once

Yes, It would seem like a faulty install. Maybe they had a small hole in the lines set, and it leaked the ***** out over time.
