Heloo

Perhaps who have program or formula to calculate lenght capilary tube for heating/cooling for air condition on R410 refregitant ?

Power cca 5kW
Commpressor cca 1,5kw

For modifications or experimenting, it is better to use TXV.
Capillary in series production is obtained by rough calculation and fine tuning by experimenting.

tnx,

But perhaps anyone know practical how long and diameter iscapilary tube for 5kw aircondition ? I not nead ideality, only approximation from other ON/OFF factory outside unit...

I need to make modification on some LG outside unit, who have EEV and on/off comnpressor ( have digital communaction betwen outside and inside unit) to work with normal inside on/off unit. I need only for cooling unpretending room.

Found a Trane document with some R410a capillary data in it, may be helpful.

Dancap, Danfoss, does not have R410a in it.

I think that is for selecting capillary for subcooler and not for evaporator.

I saw in some Mitsubishi Electric service manuals that capillary tube length and bore is noted on refrigerant diagrams. Try to search for their manuals and see what could be found.

I found that for 18000 BTU model MSH18NV capilary is 2X 750mm of 1,6mm bore.

2 x 750mm in paralell bind together ?

Here it is outdoor unit heat exchanger divided in 2 circuits. Each circuit ends in its own capillary and at other side capillaries are bonded together. That is for balancing outdoor heat exchanger. If your is of 1 circuit only, you could bond both ends of capillaries.
