Hi, can anybody help please. I think some kids have been playing with the controls on this heat pump.

Does anybody know the dtE (Defrost Termination Temperature) for this heat pump. If you have any or all of the default settings that would be great.

Never seen one, but i'd phone the manufacturers or their appointed wholesalers and ask for the technical dept. Get them to email of fax all the settings over to you and see if you can set a password up on the controller to prevent the kiddies playing with it again.
