split system reach not maintaining temp

Here we go, i have commercial reach in split system R22 with 4 omni temp evaps (2) OTD-13 and (2)OTD-17 in a custom basecabinet. each evaporator has its own txv with a tstat controlling one solinode valve stopping flow to all evaps.. the line set has been extended to about 100ft from building renovation twice since 2002. The condensing unit (1) is on a rack on the 2nd floor the compressor was replaced recently with a copeland CR18KQ-PFV-980WB The system has asight glass before the drier which was slightly flashing... highside 265 and lowside 65.. subcooling 7degrees I cannot get the reach in temp below 43degrees.. line set is 7/8 and 3/8....

We need to know the temps of the air entering and leaving the evaps and cond, as well as the liquid line temp and the suction line temp at the TXV bulb.
