Hello i have 3 units Carrier 30RB0432 with Pro-DialogPlus controler, i want the service manual and the service software to connect a pc to the Pro-DialogPlus.

Hii guys i have an old packaged ducted unit with faulty compressor . but the only numbers visible are in the compressor-TCH200BD00EA,ser.M461006170,LRA 41.0. Now my dillema is how to identify the size of the machine in Btu/h and make.Please help.
