refrigeration reach in split system w/ multiple evaps

Hello, Im an air condtioning mech. need a little input on a reach in R22 split system with six omnitemp fan powerd evaporators controlled with a liquidline solinod valve opening and closing with a remote bulb tstat highside press 290psi, lowside press.65psi.... the sight glass is flashing. cannot get reachin box temp below 45.. (trying to achieve 41degrees or lower)

Where is filter drier placed? After or before sight glass? First ensure that condenser is clean and you have proper air flow and all solenoids are open.
Then check your subcooling and if not 5-6K charge gas until subcooling at condenser outlet is about 5-6K. Than check your sight glass. If it is placed after filter-drier and still flashing, than check temperature difference between filter inlet and outlet. It must be lower than 2K. If it is higher than 2K, change filter-drier.

We need to know the temps of the air entering and leaving the evaps and cond, as well as the liquid line temp and the suction line temp at the TXV bulb.

What is the model of the condensing unit and the OmniTemp evaps (probably OTM's)
