General Inverter (Air con unit not blowing hot)

Hi,

Not sure if anyone one can offer advice, I bought a unit for appartment in Spain, the system has one compressor external and 3 units in the appartment. The make is General AOG24Ui3f (external) and ASG12UiF x 3 internal.
The system will not run hot (believe it or not spain does get cold in December to March, the engineers that fitted the system said it was due to debris in the pre installed air con pipes supplied and fitted by the builders, this is not covered by the engineers !
I paid 2150 euros for something that does not work, I was quoted a price of a replacement AOG24Ui3F by the engineer as he said the original was now beyond repair. Impossible to clean out he said, the builder has gone walkies and Im stuck !

it looks like your stuck, if the a-c fitters had blown ofn through the pipes, before they fitted the units, they would have known this earlier,< did they pressure test the system ?
tell them its there fault , and denonce them
