Dear All,

Following are the observation for my R-134a system two samples (say Sample A Vs Sample B)

(Sample A is OK sample with desired Cooling )

1. Sample B is having less cooling problem
2. Sample B discharge, drier, suction, Compresor temperatures are higher than that of Sample A.
Subcooling of sample B is lesser than that of Sample A.
The Pressures are not measured as both the samples are at differnt locations.

Both the samples are of same specifications

Evaporator, condenser, capillary and compressor are same in both the samples.

What i am suspecting is less refrigerant qty leading towards less cooling in Sample B.
Thanks

If everything is exactly the same, and the unit is operating in a similar environment, the lower subcooling gives the impression that there is actually less refrigerant in the system.
Were they delivered at the same time? I suspect they were commissioned in diferent times of the year. That would result in a different critical mass charge of refrigerant.
